Job Description

Job Title: Work From Home - Appointment Setter

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Booking Assistance: Assist clients with booking inquiries, reservations, and itinerary modifications, providing accurate information on flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

  2. Travel Planning: Offer expert advice and recommendations on destinations, attractions, activities, and travel options based on clients' preferences, interests, and budget.

  3. Reservation Management: Manage reservations, ticketing, and documentation for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to clients' travel plans.

  4. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, offering solutions to ensure a positive and satisfactory resolution.

  5. Travel Documentation: Provide assistance with travel documentation and requirements, including passport and visa information, travel insurance, and health and safety guidelines for international travel.

  6. Post-Trip Support: Follow up with clients after their travels to gather feedback, address any post-trip issues or concerns, and provide assistance with future travel planning and bookings.

  7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and repeat business through personalized service and attention to their needs.

  8. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional travel services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, tours, and excursions to enhance clients' travel experiences and increase revenue.

  5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing bookings, documentation, and client communications to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.

  6. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using reservation systems, booking platforms, and communication tools to efficiently manage bookings, access information, and communicate with clients.
