About the Role:

As a Virtual/Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with a wide variety of personal and professional tasks. From making reservations and planning events to researching options, managing travel, and much more, your role will directly contribute to helping others live more seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal assistance to clients, managing a diverse range of tasks to support their daily lives.
Manage bookings, reservations, and purchases on behalf of clients, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
Research and identify top vendors for various services, including event planning, gifting, travel, and home services.
Assist with booking medical appointments, organizing car repairs, and finding last-minute solutions for unexpected challenges.
Help coordinate special events such as birthday parties, family gatherings, and more—making sure every detail, from the venue to the cake, is taken care of.
Assist clients with maintaining their work-life balance, including organizing regular date nights and other personal activities.

Qualifications:

Self-starter with a passion for supporting others and contributing to meaningful change.
Comfortable using technology and excited to leverage cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered platforms, to enhance your organizational skills.
A problem solver who thrives on finding solutions, learning new things, and adapting to new challenges.
Strong attention to detail—you're meticulous about ensuring everything is correct, because you know that the little things matter most.
Excellent communication skills—able to connect with people from all backgrounds and clearly articulate ideas in writing and verbally.
Organized, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and effectively manage your workload.
Experience with technology, including Zendesk, Google Suite, and AI tools.
Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, personal or professional assistant roles is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable internet connection and legal authorization to work in the U.S. are essential.
Must be at least 18 years old.
