The 

**Technician Production Operations

** for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the lineside support of automated filling and packaging equipment within production operations located in Chaska, Minnesota. The site manufactures highly technical consumables essential to Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.

This position is part of the manufacturing engineering team in Chaska, MN, and will be an onsite role. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the operations and engineering support team and report to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. If you thrive in a technical environment, desire a troubleshooting role and want to work to build a world-class reagent manufacturing organization—read on!

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

**

  • Provide first level support for automated filling and packaging equipment.

  • Complete preventative maintenance activities

  • Drive and contribute to continuous process improvements using our Danaher Business System.

**The essential requirements of the job include:

**

  • Associates Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other applicable field with 1+ years of experience in a related field.

  • Strong communication skills and troubleshooting ability.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain training documentation.
