What You'll Do As a Technical Sales Engineer:

• Be the Go-To Expert : Provide engineering, pricing, and application support to our outside sales engineers, ensuring the best use of our products.
• Shape Major Projects : Work on interpreting project specifications and preparing accurate estimates and quotations alongside our sales engineers.
• Own Your Work : Assist in preparing submittals, completing orders, and ensuring jobs are perfectly processed by our admin team.
• Coordinate Like a Pro : Help with procurement and shipping schedules, ensuring smooth logistics with our sales engineers and customers.
• Build Strong Relationships : Maintain and grow customer relationships with timely and accurate responses to their needs.
• Ensure Quality : Make sure all technical requirements for projects are met to the highest standards.
• Stay Engaged : Keep direct and indirect contact with customers throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For In a Technical Sales Engineer:

• Education and Experience : A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or 10+ years of experience in the Mechanical/HVAC industry.
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge and proficiency in Mechanical/HVAC design and detailing.
• Estimating Experience : Experience in estimating or at least exposure to estimating in a PM or senior design capacity.
