Job Description:
Do you love coaching and working with kids?! We introduce sports to kids in a FUN and non-competitive way teaching children the fundamentals of ALL sports for children 1 to 10 years old. Programs are conducted at schools, parks, or community centers and due to the pandemic, currently providing in-home private classes. Looking for a coach to serve the greater Laguna Beach / Orange County areas.

Schedule:

• 10-20 hours/week guaranteed
• $25/hour
• The main times times are during the day Mon - Fri from 9-noon and 2-5 pm
• Must have a car
• Training and equipment will be provided
• Background in playing sports is strongly preferred, but it's most important that our coaches love working with young children!
• ECE Credits are a bonus!

Our ideal candidate:

• Strong background in working with children
• This role will transition to more of a managerial role handling more of the day-to-day operations, marketing, scheduling, social media, networking, and continuing to grow the business
• We are looking for someone who will take initiative, is self-motivated, and is willing to work hard as we increase our presence

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
