**Job Title: Senior Traditional Media Planner & Buyer**

**About the Role:**
We're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Senior Traditional Media Planner & Buyer to join our passionate, curious, and big-idea-loving team. In this role, you'll develop and maintain high-impact media campaigns across traditional platforms such as out-of-home, print, radio, and television, delivering exceptional results for our clients.

**Your Responsibilities:**
- Strategize and create media opportunities and plans that align with overall client objectives.
- Brainstorm and innovate to achieve client goals through owned and earned media.
- Research media partners, vendors, and outlets, including traditional, digital, and custom media.
- Provide the latest and greatest in traditional media formats to maximize client results.
- Negotiate rates and media placements according to the approved media plan.
- Develop best practices within the media department to create automations, enhance efficiency, save time, and stay on top of trends.
- Utilize the latest digital and cloud-based platforms to manage media plans, assets, IOs, tracking, reporting, and billing.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training for new, innovative formats, vendors, and opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting, creating channel-specific insights and client POVs upon request.
- Manage budget stewardship, expense tracking, and billing reconciliation.

**What You Bring:**
- Preference for South Florida candidates; remote candidates must be able to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in media or a related advertising background.
- Background running media for travel, hospitality, and/or destination brands.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of Strata is a plus.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Dashboarding, and reporting tools is a plus.
