What You'll Do

• You will develop new accounts within the healthcare industry for hiring advanced practice professionals as well as physicians. 

• You will recruit candidates for those open positions and deliver a high quality service with a white glove approach that values quality over quantity. 

• You will pitch retained and exclusive recruitment versus contingent to allow you to forecast your income and commission opportunity. 

• You will work on a team with other 360 consultants and a marketing specialist who helps to advertise your open positions across all social channels. 

• You will have recruitment sourcing support from researchers with ready leads every morning.

Who You Are:

• You have 3-5 years experience as a full desk recruiter and don't think you're above recruiting just because you manage accounts.
• You have experience selling, and have preferably worked both in staffing and corporate talent acquisition.
• You are a go-getter and hustler who is money motivated and driven by your impact. 
• You can work independently without hand-holding or micromanagement.
• You enjoy a smaller team and startup culture where there is no red tape. 
• You are resourceful and creative in your approach to recruiting and business development.
• You have a proven track record and can bill consistently.
• You are tired of corporate america and mega staffing agenices taking 70%+ of your hard earned deals.

PSA: We do not measure call volume. I measure candidate to placement ratios, and overall placement success based on your pipeline.

Schedule : M-F (split between remote and office) Our office is not a corporate building. We are on a peaceful farm, and we often jam to music, and spend our days laughing while helping people land their dream jobs. We are not in the office every day but we value face-time (no, not the Iphone app) but actually being in person with one another. This schedule is flexible based on priorities, calls, and the overall week. This job is not for someone who does not have intrinsic motivation.
