Beacon Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Salesforce Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business needs. This position will be at the center of our client's CRM strategy, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily administration and support tasks including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce system security, including user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and access settings.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide frontline support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user problems.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to ensure effective use of Salesforce.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of advance Salesforce Administrator experience or similar role in an enterprise level organization.
  • 2+ years of experience with Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud.
  • 2+ years of agile software development with Kanban and/or Scrum.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in all communication including discussion of technical software issues with leaders up to and including leadership/executive team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and completes tasks timely.
  • Ability to problem-solve and apply analytic thinking skills.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, etc.) is required.
  • Applicants have the option to work remote, hybrid or full-time from our Madison, WI or Onalaska, WI office. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
