COMPENSATION

$90,000 - $95,000 annually

Full-time, salaried

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our growing swim school business with three locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, expanding our operations, maintaining curriculum excellence, and ensuring overall success across all locations. This position will be expected to travel throughout our Southern California locations as well as our Utah locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all locations
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality service

Business Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase enrollment and revenue across all locations
  • Identify and evaluate potential new locations for expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities and potential partners

Curriculum and Program Development

  • Ensure consistent implementation of swim curriculum across all locations
  • Continuously assess and improve teaching methods and program offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in swim instruction

Operations and Staff Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all swim school locations
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff at all levels
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across all locations

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all locations
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure all locations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain proper licensing and certifications for all facilities and staff
  • Implement and oversee risk management protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the recreation or education sector
  • Strong financial understanding and experience with budgeting and profit/loss management
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven track record of business growth and expansion
  • Knowledge of swim instruction methods and aquatic facility management (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel between locations regularly
