Recruitment Consultant with German

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with excellent German language skills to join our team. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for various roles across different industries. Your main goal is to identify and attract top talents while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g. job boards social media professional networks etc.) to source and attract top talents
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills experience and fit with the company culture
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process including interview preparation feedback
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs
• Keep uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talents
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in German and English (both written and verbal)
• Experience using various recruitment tools and channels to source and attract candidates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and resultsdriven attitude
• Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment fully remote from Poland.
