Currently, we are seeking a Recruiter to become a part of the HIROTEC team.

• Full cycle recruitment for various positions in Automotive Manufacturing.
• Source, interview, and organize the candidate pipeline utilizing the ATS (applicant tracking system).
• Attend career fairs and develop relationships with local schools to remain proactive in talent development/management.
• Maintain contract placement positions and relationships to ensure ongoing skilled trades support based on operational objectives.

• Consult with Management to support in meeting manpower requests and interviewing candidates as selected.
• Understand the local market and internal benchmarking to ensure equity and compliance throughout the organization.
• Ability to provide contract placement & direct hire support for multiple facilities.
• Support special projects with HR team members as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ongoing recruitment initiatives.
  
  

The position requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and Recruitment experience in Automotive Manufacturing. Experience in Manufacturing BIW (body-in-white) is preferrable. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal and employee relations skills. Exceptional written and/oral communication skills, strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
