(Physician/MD qualifications required) Radiology (General) - Radiologist Locum Tenens
We are looking for a skilled Radiologist to make a lasting impact in a remote, underserved community. This locum tenens role, in southeast Alaska, offers the opportunity to provide essential diagnostic services while immersed in one of the countrys most breathtaking landscapes.
Position Overview:
Interpret a broad array of diagnostic imaging, including radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, Dexa, ultrasound, MRI, and CT.
Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care and maintain quality assurance.
Occasional travel to Sitka, AK, with coverage responsibilities for additional remote locations throughout the region.
Requirements:
M.D. or D.O., with Board Certification in Radiology
Completion of a Radiology Residency with at least four years of clinical experience post-residency
Current BLS Certification and eligibility for an Alaska medical license
Proficiency in general diagnostic radiology, CT, MRI, mammography, and ultrasound
