Responsibilities:

-Achieve client satisfaction through legal counsel and guidance on bond issuances, tax-exempt financings, and infrastructure projects.

-Negotiate, structure, and review financing agreements, disclosure documents, and other relevant legal documents.

- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to develop innovative financing solutions and strategies.

-Advise on securities regulations, tax implications, and other issues affecting public finance.

- Assist with financing due diligence and risk assessment.

-Negotiate, mediate, and participate in public finance-related legal proceedings on behalf of clients.

- Mentor younger associate attorneys.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the Ohio bar in good standing.

- 12+ years of experience practicing as a Public Finance Attorney, preferably in a reputable law firm or governmental agency.

- Strong knowledge of public finance laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Proven experience in structuring and executing complex financing transactions.

- Portable book of business required.
