We specialize in generator installations, custom lighting, electrical panel upgrades, emergency repairs, troubleshooting, landscape lighting, EV charger installations, and pool lighting.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates interested in managing and estimating electrical projects. The successful candidate will oversee project lifecycles, from initial estimation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with electricians and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and construction processes is a plus.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Pay: $67,446.00 - $73,920.00 per year
