Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator at Movista. In this entry-level role, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various client-facing and internal projects within the Retail SaaS space. You'll work closely with executives and leaders across both internal teams and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects across various teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, product, and design teams) to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
  • Help develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, both internal and client-facing, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in risk management by identifying potential issues and helping to resolve them before they impact project success.
  • Participate in post-project evaluations to gather insights and lessons learned for future projects.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the software, SaaS, or retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the retail or software industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies or certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
  • Experience with customer-facing projects and understanding client needs.
  • Fully remote, preferred Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area
