Job Description

Summary
The Photographer/Videographer will work with the marketing team to create content across multiple social media platforms. To be successful in this position, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. A great photographer/videographer knows how to balance artistic integrity with the demands of the project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Work with social media specialists to create content across multiple platforms.

Shoot menu photos of our internal products and flower.

Further our brand voice by showcasing individual brand voices through photo/video media.

Attend events and capture live footage.

Edit photo/videos to be used on websites, menus, social platforms, and other media outlets.

Assist in creation process for photo/video shoot concepts that are in line with current campaign strategy.

Find models/locations for video/photo shoots to take place.

Must have the ability to work on several projects at one time.

Works with a sense of urgency to complete projects in a timely manner.

Utilizes internal calendars/sheets to schedule grow shoots and other product photo/video shoots.

Must provide own camera equipment. (Specialty items may be provided if needed)

Open availability for occasional weekend shoots.

Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.

Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures and performance standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years’ marketing or advertising related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada State Agent Card and be 21 years of age or older.

Must complete Osha 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire (company paid)
