About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will oversee a variety of projects and programs, working closely with both our internal teams and our valued customers. Your main focus will be on ensuring smooth project execution, from planning and scheduling to monitoring and reporting.
What You'll Do:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage internal programs and customer deployment projects.
- Communicate project status, including revenue forecasts, risks, and any variances to the Finance and Executive teams.
- Keep the Finance team informed about major changes to large projects.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Manage billing updates and reporting through NetSuite.
Internal Systems:
- Oversee project management processes and reporting in NetSuite.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, KPIs, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with NetSuite vendors/consultants for system integration with Salesforce and Procore.
- Manage time tracking and create utilization reports for the Engineering team.
External Systems:
- Manage and execute customer implementations and product deployment projects.
- Facilitate project planning, kick-off meetings, and status reviews.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and work closely with our engineers to exceed client expectations.
- Conduct final project reviews and identify lessons learned.

- Proficiency with NetSuite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 annually
