We take a coordinated and collaborative approach to keeping residents healthier longer and safer in their communities and avoid unnecessary ER and hospital visits. Our goal is to alleviate some of the burden and stress that senior communities and families feel when trying to coordinate needed medical services for residents and loved ones.
Position Overview:
Twin Cities Physicians is seeking an LPN for an office triage role! This is a great work opportunity for experienced nurses! The Office Triage LPN is responsible for providing triage, addressing requests and care needs by telephone. The Office Triage LPN plans, organizes, and directs care through nursing triage to meet the needs of residents, staff, and families, taking calls and various office setting tasks. This role provides lots of variety in a fast-paced environment. Great environment to learn and grow as an LPN! We are looking for outgoing, adaptable, and passionate LPNs to join our team.
