Full-Time Nanny Position in Hingham, MA – Great Pay & Benefits!

About The Family: We are a friendly, energetic, and caring family in Hingham seeking a loving and active full-time nanny for our two wonderful children, currently 9 months and 2.9 years old. Our family values enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive approach to childcare.

Position Details:

• Location: Hingham, MA
• Start Date: End of August
• Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Compensation: $32-37/hour, DOE, Negotiable for the right candidate
• Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Primary care for our infant, as the older child is in school full-time
• School pick-up and driving to/from activities for the older child
• Bottle feeding, cleaning, snack/meal prep, and child laundry
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities 
• Planning fun and educational activities to foster the children's curiosity
• Tidying the play areas and child-related light housekeeping
• Maintaining a clean driving record for safe transportation (family car provided)
• Comfortably interacting with our friendly family dog

• An energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves working with children
• Reliable, proactive, and punctual
• Knowledgeable about child development and milestones
• Comfortable with pets – family has a friendly Golden Retriever
• Willingness to potentially join us on family vacations

Current Staff: Housecleaner comes every 2 weeks
Home SQFT: Approx. 3,500 Sq. Ft.

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 02 Children, Ages 7 months and 2.7 years
• Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner, Children's Meals Only,
• Laundry: Children Laundry Only
• Errands: Weekly Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Car Available for Position
• Travel: Domestic Travel Required; Possibility for International Travel

Position Requirements

• Work Hours:M-TH, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Languages: English
• Experience: 03 Years of Experience in childcare
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Covid-19 vaccinated 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background Check:Background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Friendly, proactive, caring, reliable, punctual, energetic, and an enthusiastic individual who loves working with children
