Job Summary:
Performs all technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical, or systems. Completes tests, measurements, operations, or process controls. Conducts troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.

Detailed Description:

• Perform technical duties on all functional work group projects; employ test technique/procedures for all key cell projects.
• Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material
• Maintain production tools and equipment.
• Ability to: blueprint reading; component identification; wire-preparation, stripping, and crimping; harness repair and termination; use of all pertinent manual hand tools.
• Skilled with electronics, hydraulics and/or mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation and/or programming
• Perform Valve repairs, hydrostatic testing, assembly of component

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED is required,
• A license is not required but will need a valid photo ID
• Be able to pass a urine, hair follicle drug test and background check.
• Experience is very open
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Forklift/overhead crane experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work long hours (12-hour shifts) at minimum.
• Have a clear understanding of the importance of being at work when scheduled.
• Be able to understand the fundamentals of pneumatic torque wrenches,
• Mechanical skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Punctuality, great work attitude, self-driven
• Previous Mechanical experience

Additional Details:

• Schedule is working a 12 and 2 schedule (work 12 and 2 days off ) 7am-7pm day shift only for now
• Pay Rate is $19.00
• Contract to Hire

Working Conditions : This position will be in doors in a very large shop. Candidate will be working on your feet 95% of the day. The environment is very loud due to impact torque wrenches going off in different areas. Day to day is high traffic and fast pace.
