Job Title: Oracle EBS Quest Stat Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Quest Stat Consultant to lead the implementation of Quest STAT for Oracle EBS . The consultant will play a crucial role in optimizing our development process by introducing seamless code migration, improving efficiency, and minimizing human errors.

To address these challenges, we are implementing Quest STAT for Oracle EBS to streamline migrations, improve system stability, and enhance operational performance.

The consultant will be responsible for installing the necessary STAT architecture components , integrating them with our ERP environments, and ensuring a smooth migration path.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Quest STAT for Oracle EBS .
• Work closely with Stat system administrators and systems management teams to install and configure application components, including:
  • Stat system administration client
  • Stat application database
  • Stat central agent
  • Other Stat agents as required
• Conduct change management process review and system design .
• Define and configure ERP connections.
• Conduct system administration user enablement sessions .
• Perform system configuration and testing .
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (Customer responsibility).
• Facilitate developer user enablement sessions .
• Manage optional configurations and testing as required.
• Lead production roll-out and support .
• Provide documentation, project wrap-up, and Quest STAT health check .
• Train end users and stakeholders .

Required Technical Skills:

• Oracle EBS Expertise : Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Quest STAT Implementation : Proven experience implementing Quest STAT specifically for Oracle EBS .
• System Administration : Experience in configuration, maintenance, and administration.
• ERP Connections : Strong understanding of ERP systems and managing connections.
• Data Migration : Expertise in data migration, integrity, and security.
• Testing & Debugging : Ability to perform system testing and UAT.

Project Management Skills:

• Project Planning & Execution : Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Technical Project Management : Experience in managing technical implementations.
• Resource Coordination : Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage resources.
• Risk Management : Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong Communication : Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and teams.
• Problem-Solving : Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Customer Service : Ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaboration : Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
