A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALL MANAGER

As an Install Manager, you are the grease that keeps the wheels of our company turning. As the link between our office and the technicians in the field, you make sure that we are organized, quality-oriented, and productive. Calling upon your general knowledge of job costing, you ensure that we stick to our budget and maintain profitability. With efficiency, you develop plans for installs and ensure that our technicians have the materials they need to fulfill our contractual obligations. You also see to it that our technicians are well trained and that every installation is done according to established policies and procedures. With you in the office coordinating the work, we meet our company goals, and our employees progress in their careers. QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of management experience
• General understanding of the HVAC, Sheetmetal & Plumbing industry
• Understanding of accounting as it relates to the industry
• HVAC service & install experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of local code requirements
• Attended vocational school
