The HVAC Sales Presenter contributes to improved technician and organizational performance by assisting technicians via phone and computer, with customer interactions and presenting repair/replacement options. The HVAC Sales Presenter interacts with an assigned group of field technicians on every call to ensure all steps of the in-home process are followed, and all viable options are presented to the customer so they can make an informed decision. When the customer is interested in replacing their system instead of repairing it, the HVAC Sales Presenter conducts a live presentation via video calling software to gain the customer’s commitment to have their system replaced.

MAIN DUTIES BELOW….. 

• Coach, motivate, and provide support for assigned technicians. 
• Hold assigned technicians accountable in following the in-home process on every call:
  • Ensure diagnosing of the entire mechanical system process has been completed 
  • Create premium, mid-range, and economy choices for homeowners
  • Bring each opportunity to a "clear future." 
  • Facilitate the lead turnover from the technician to the themselves 
• Track each technician’s activities during their calls via software
• Create replacement or renovation solutions in real-time
• Qualify customers for turnover opportunities
• Present and sell solutions with techs via video calling software 
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A PROSPECTIVE HVAC SALES PRESENTER:

• 2+ years in a sales role with demonstrated high performance required**
• Previous experience as a sales mentor preferred, not required
• A SELLING mindset with a knack for building strong relationships 
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and handle interruption with ease
• Excellent ability to create, follow, and maintain processes 
• Intermediate abilities in MS Office
• Willing and able to work fully in office (non-remote work)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast paced and goal-driven environment
• Willing and able to accept and embrace constant change
