Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will have the chance to interact with team members across all levels and departments, making a meaningful impact on their experience from recruitment through retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

People Process Management: Administer HR processes for team members, ensuring a smooth experience from selection to retirement.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to a fair and positive workplace.
Team Member Experience: Foster a supportive environment by ensuring team members feel valued and informed throughout their employment journey.
Employee Leave Administration: Manage and oversee employee leave processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with policies.
HR Support: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, addressing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing administrative role, demonstrating your capability in a similar environment.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or training in Office Administration, HR, SHRM, CEBs, Employee Relations, Ceridian Dayforce, ADA, FMLA, or time and attendance systems are preferred.
HRIS Knowledge: Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce or a similar HR Information System is highly beneficial.

You are detail-oriented with strong administrative skills, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
You possess a solid understanding of employee leave processes and HR policies.
You enjoy being a resource for team members, providing them with clear and accurate information related to their HR inquiries.
