Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in human resources and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

• Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, conducting onboarding sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing HR documents and files.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture.

• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, and assist in administering employee benefits programs.

• Compliance Support: Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting with HR audits.

• HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics, such as employee attendance, turnover rates, and leave balances.

• Learning & Development: Participate in HR training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of HR practices and processes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
