Salary Range * Pay is based upon qualifications & experience of the candidate Location This is a Part-Time position located at The Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge, MA. The Red Lion Inn is a property managed by Main Street Hospitality. Qualifications

• Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Must be able to prioritize departmental functions to meet due dates and deadline.
• On the job the employee must bend, squat, climb, kneel, and reach above shoulder level. The employee will be exposed to high temperatures and/or high humidity during the summer seasons. Maintaining stamina is a must due to heavy lifting and long busy days on their feet.

• The House Person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas, corridors of the property as well as maintaining supplies and linen counts for the Room Attendants and ensuring guest satisfaction whenever necessary.
• Respond to guest requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, amenities, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Always comply with the Red Lion Inn standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Management or supervisors.
