Sales Manager : Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales. Elevated Property Services seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Extended Stay Opening team. The Sales Manager is a key player on the Sales team and will build strong relationships with existing key client accounts and solicit new group sales clients for the hotel to meet and exceed revenue goals in group rooms, food and beverage, and meeting room rental. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, Extended Stay Sales experience and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you! You will be a part of a crucial Opening Team working towards providing the ultimate 'Home Away from Home' for our guests.
Marina Square Extended Stay is a stunning, purpose-built hotel featuring 75 apartment-style suites. Nestled in the vibrant downtown area of Bremerton, our hotel offers fully appointed suites with contemporary finishes, ideal for extended stay travelers.
Travel As needed: Perhaps 25% of time.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include but not limited to the following:
Work Performed: The Sales Manager will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
· 1+ years of professional experience in Hotel Sales Management
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle pressure and make good decisions quickly
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management or related discipline
· Experience in marketing, public relations and/or sales
· Proficiency in CRM management software
· Ability to travel within the community as needed.

· Travel is required, as needed, including driving to alternate locations.

Additional compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits package with employer paying 75% of cost, 401k with employer match, PTO, in addition to 8 paid holidays.
