Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Las Vegas, NV) Salary: $22 to $32 per hour Job Description: As an Event Coordinator at Ideaboxpro, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our company's goals and brand. Your role will involve coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled to create memorable and impactful experiences for our clients and partners. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure services and manage contracts
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, registration, and on-site management
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and maximize attendance
• Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future events
