Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will provide support in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Help secure event venues, arrange logistics, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Handle attendee registration and communicate event details.
• Set up event spaces, including décor, signage, and equipment.
• Support the event team in managing event registration, attendee queries, and other on-site tasks.
• Assist with post-event tasks, including cleanup and follow-up communications.
• Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing event documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend events.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
