We are seeking to hire a full time (35 hours per week) Data Analyst to join our Continuous Quality Improvement team. The Data Analyst is directly responsible for the successful implementation of quality management and quality improvement activities on both the programmatic and organizational levels in response to identified data findings, or expectations established by regulatory and funding agents.

The responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Assist leadership personnel to interpret, use and respond to data including Stakeholder Feedback, Outcome Data, Risk Management, and Utilization and Case Record Review findings.  This includes oversight and mentoring of program level Quality Management meetings.
• Assist in policy and procedure review, update and development by continually assessing for opportunities for improvement, reporting observations and findings from Stakeholder involvement activities by conducting research with community, state, federal and accrediting resources and identifying policies in need of review.
• Monitor data collected through Stakeholder Feedback, Risk Management, and Utilization Review and Case Record Review to identify opportunities for future quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist Director of Quality Improvement to gather and report data relevant to the Agency’s Quality Management Plan and other Quality Improvement initiatives in keeping with the department’s established reporting calendar.
• Assist the Director of Quality Improvement with accreditation (and licensing as appropriate) preparation and implementation activities.
• Coordinates and conducts internal program reviews and compliance audits as requested by Leadership and the Director of Quality Improvement.
• Assist with Administrative Quality Council including scheduling meetings, distributing materials and member assignments, maintaining minutes and chairing meetings in the absence of Director of Quality Improvement.
• Assist with completing department level projects when needed.
• Collects and synthesizes data related to each departments Performance Improvement Targets.

Education and Experience:

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 
• At least 2 years of experience with quality improvement activities for an agency or corporation. 
• Experience working with outcome data required. 
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required. 
• Must have demonstrated computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel and Access).
• Experience working with JCAHO, CARF, or COA preferred. **
