This position would ideally be hybrid, but hiring manager is open to fully remote for the right candidate!This role will be supporting the Business Org\'s Customer Advocacy team which is responsible for identification, production, and promotion of customer case studies. The project manager will help us bring stories to market by ensuring adherence to timelines and managing internal communications with our partners in Marketing, Sales, Legal and Product. The Creative Project Manager will allocate their time on:\ 60% on project management: Setting up projects, facilitating meetings, managing tasks and timelines in partnership with our agencies, routing files for approvals, communicating on project status\ 20% on operations and analytics: Refining processes and building reports as time permits\ 10% program management: Connecting our business and marketing priorities with program strategy building business cases and creative briefs.\ 10% on administrative tasks: Team meetings, required training, learning and development The ideal Creative Project Manager has:\ EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:\ 5 years of on-the-job experience in a large marketing organization is preferred MUST HAVE SKILLS:\ Creative project management experience\ Proficiency in project management systems\ Proficiency in Google Suite\ A solid understanding of marketing communication fundamentals (channels, content types, messaging)\ Strong relationship-building and communication skills\ Experience building creative briefs DESIRED SKILLS:\ Experience in a marketing organization working with cross-functional partners\ Experience managing customer success stories/case studies\ Experience in an external or in-house agency working with creatives\ Professional writing or design experience In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
