Job Title: Senior Estimator
Job Location: On-site in Costa Mesa, CA 
Salary: $150K-$225K DOE + Bonuses + Extensive Benefits Package

We are a public-works focused GC and have been in business for 80+ years. We specialize in Public Works projects since our inception, we have expanded our project list to k-12, higher education, healthcare, life sciences, transportation, utilites, manufacturing, commercial, public-use facilities, federal/government work, and more. As a Senior Estimator, you will be heavily involved in the heavy bid process, attend pre-bid meetings, and provide estimations for large public works projects. What You Need for this Position

- 5-10+ years of estimation in the construction industry
- Experience with ground-up estimation with projects including but not limited to: K-12, higher education, public works, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, life sciences, commercial projects, and more
- Knowledgeable of construction bidding process, hard bid process, pre-bid meetings, bid packages, generating scopes, design-build, etc
- Experience with reviewing and evaluation project plans, requirements, and specifications 
- Prepare takeoffs, understanding of pricing/unit costs, and rates 
- Analyze bid and subcontractor proposals 

Nice to have:
- Experience with k-12, higher education projects in the Southern California area 
- Experience with various public works - school districts, libraries, transportation, utilities, and more
