All you need to do is peel back the lid, add water or milk, and enjoy (no machine required). 

The Role

As a Coffee Associate, you will play a key role in our operations, working across packaging, extraction, and/or warehouse departments. You'll be responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are sanitized, performing light material handling, sub-assembly tasks, and manual assembly duties. You'll also engage in daily team huddles, safety discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver premium coffee products while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-train across various production areas to gain a broad understanding of operations.
• Perform material handling, including transporting and organizing materials.
• Complete light assembly tasks to support production needs.
• Sanitize and maintain equipment according to company and industry standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with the team to identify process and system improvements.
• Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, OSHA, and company-specific regulations.
• Escalate any safety or operational concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Participate actively in company-wide initiatives and discussions aimed at driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in different areas.
• Commitment to following safety and quality standards.
