Adelphi is seeking a clinical psychologist to provide services at a facility in Evanston, Wyoming. The psychologist will provide psychological services including assessments and diagnosis, individual, group and family therapy, and behavioral modification programs to clients with chronic and/or acute mental illness.

Requirements:

• PsyD or PhD in Psychology 
• Wyoming license/ Eligible for licensure in Wyoming 
• 2-4 years of progressive work experience Knowledge and Competencies: 
• Knowledge of clinical supervision techniques, theory, and practices. 
• Knowledge of working in an inpatient facility. 
• Knowledge of working in and designing interdisciplinary treatment plans. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological evaluation for purposes of admission screening, treatment planning, diagnostic clarification, and readiness for discharge. 
• Provide psychological evaluation for purposes of community placement, guardianship, and as required to determine eligibility for other services. 
• Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders. 
• Utilize individual, group and family therapies and the use of cognitive-behavioral treatment techniques. 
• Provide and interpret psychological testing, including the evaluation of mental illness, intelligence, personality, and neuropsychological functioning. 
• Confer with interdisciplinary care teams to discuss, plan, and determine course of action in patient/client care. 
• Design, construct, install, and implement treatment programs for a treatment unit, section, or group. Salary and Compensation: $106,454 - $118,284 plus benefits package, including: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, state retirement plan, deferred compensation plan, and longevity pay.
