Hiring Immediately - No Sales Experience Required Job Description: Ourisman CDJR in Baltimore is looking for hard-working and driven automotive account executives to develop relationships with our customers. An Automotive Account Executive at Ourisman CDJR is expected to create positive relationships with our customers in order to build a book of business. Your excellent customer service skills will help facilitate this process. If done correctly, you will have a steady stream of referrals excited to buy their next car from you! With enough hard work, this role can grow into a lucrative career opportunity. Our sales executives typically earn $60,000 - $90,000 a year. Top performers earn up to $120,000+. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet & assist customers
• Help customers find the vehicles they are looking for
• Make vehicle suggestions based on the customers' needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features
• Take customers on test drives
• Build relationships with your customers
• Work independently throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Can drive manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles
• Good organizational skills
• Capable communicator
• On time and prepared to work
• Reliable, can follow directions
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment

Experience: We are looking for candidates who have worked with customers in a previous role. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. You should apply if you're interested in cars or you've had any of the following experience:
