Job Summary: Griswold Home Care, a leading home care provider in North San Diego, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field and will be located in Central San Diego. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing personalized and quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Home Care Aide Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our clients and ensuring their safety and well-being. Compensation & Benefits: The Caregiver position at Griswold Home Care offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $18 to $22 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure that clients take their prescribed medications on time.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, as well as light housekeeping and laundry.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care coordinator.
• Create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Foster companionship and social interaction with clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in the home care or healthcare field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
