Bachelor's degree or above, major in Russian language, Russian language barrier-free communication, proficiency in reading and writing.
Excellent logical analysis skills and data-driven thinking, with a keen sense of business process improvement.
Diligent and self-motivated, with strong ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
Efficient execution and teamwork. 1. Participate in the optimization of internal business processes, improve various systems, and improve the company's efficiency and employee work experience.

Participate in product research and development, marketing and other projects to promote the company's business development.
