Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process for behavioral health positions, including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates to meet the staffing needs of our hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define the needs and criteria for open positions.
Proactively source and recruit qualified candidates for behavioral health roles, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
Screen, interview, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and statuses.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing a positive and seamless experience.
Stay informed on industry trends and build strong relationships with behavioral health professionals.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of recruiting experience within the behavioral health industry, with a focus on mental health professionals.
Expertise in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Familiarity with iCiMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
