Business Personal Assistant to the CEO

We are looking for a professional with experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Sending correspondence and documents.
• Managing and maintaining the CEOs calendar.
• Organizing the shipment of medications.
• Searching for accommodation and arranging rentals.
• Finding and purchasing tickets.
• Preparing and assisting during business trips.
• Selecting wardrobe, finding stores, and ordering clothing.
• Handling personal errands.
• Conducting research on various requests.
• Using task planners and automation tools, including ChatGPT.

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian language skills (spoken and written).
• Conversational English level B2 or higher.
• Availability to work evening and night hours in the Moscow Time Zone (MSK).
• Higher education.
• A valid international passport and willingness to travel for business trips.
• Experience in an administrative or organizational role.
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain ethical standards.
• Quick decision-making skills and adaptability to changes.
• Experience with modern planning and task automation tools.
