LCDG is a Pasadena based architectural firm with a 40+ year legacy of exceptional architecture and client service. The office is located in northeast Pasadena, in a mid-century modern building on a tree lined street. Our projects are varied, and include educational, healthcare, civic, municipal, and institutional work. Responsibilities:
· Work under the direction of a PM/PA and/or Principal
· Lead / assist in design effort for projects & presentations
· 3D modelling rendering, and graphic design for presentations
· Develop construction details, utilizing LCDG standards
· Help communicate with the engineering team
· Code research and application
Qualifications:
· Passionate about architecture
· Initiative, self-motivated
· Time management and communication skills
· Able to work concurrently on multiple projects
· Minimum 5-years design and technical experience
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
· Software proficiency: Revit & AutoCad, Microsoft suite, Bluebeam, 3D Modeling & rendering software required (Sketchup / Rhino), Lumion, Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required
