What you'll do:

Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and exceed their needs.
Keep customers and sales teams informed about product updates, availability, and alternatives.
Maintain accurate customer information and ensure all special requirements are met.
Handle returned material requests efficiently and effectively.
What we're looking for:

Experience in the roofing or commercial construction industry is preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions effectively.
