Key Responsibilities:

Understand the unique needs of prospects and offer customized staffing solutions that enhance recruitment processes and support business growth.
Deliver engaging presentations that showcase the value of our services, addressing client pain points and illustrating the impact on their success.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing valuable insights to continuously improve our offerings.
Work closely with teams across sales development, customer success, revenue operations, and marketing to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Bring:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and connect with clients.
A knack for understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their business challenges.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
Tech-savvy and comfortable presenting technology solutions, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.

Your Experience:

1-3 years of proven success in sales, ideally in the staffing or recruiting industry, with a deep understanding of the sales process and a track record of exceeding targets.
Experience delivering virtual demos of products or services using screen sharing tools.
Familiarity with pipeline generation and management.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach.io).
Highly motivated, coachable, and ready to work hard to achieve your goals.
